Group program frequently asked questions

Note: A lot of these questions are answered in the terms and conditions

When do we need to make payment for the group?

A $50 deposit is taken to secure your child’s place in the group, the remainder of the payment is taken on the morning of the first group day.

Can I stay with my child?

The group sessions are drop off sessions, you will need to say goodbye to your child at the door.
Children with separation anxiety would be better suited to individual sessions where parents can remain the entire time.

Can I bring a snack?

Please ensure your child has a snack before the group time. Lego and Language and Craft and Concepts groups children can bring a water bottle but no food. The Construction Crew group will have a snack break and you need to send your child’s snack (no nuts).

Can a Support Worker attend with the child in the session?

No. Our groups are organised with a specific number of adults and children in the rooms.

What happens if I need to miss a session?

We can provide a resource pack in lieu of the missed session. We cannot issue any refund or change the group price.

Where can I go while I wait?

Our clinics have lovely cafes around the corner which are perfect for waiting.
